I just want to take the time out to say that RPM Executives is a very professional and friendly management company. From the start they made the whole process super simple and painless and provided us with the best service possible. Every time I email or call with a concern the issue gets taken care of right away and they keep in contact each step of the way. I highly recommend them if you are looking to rent or rent out your property. I have rented in the past and they by far are on top of their game and get things done. They are not only very proactive but they are very nice and helpful. Definitely 2 thumbs up for RPM!!!

Everyone at RPM was a joy to work with while they managed the property we rented. Online payment was easy and convenient. Maintenance requests were handled very quickly, often same day. Most importantly, as a tenant, we didn't feel like we were the burdens. When there were issues with the owner, RPM worked neutrally and fairly to resolve issues. If I need to rent again, I would have no issues with Chris, Craig, and Dennis as my property managers.

I really wish there were more than 5 stars, because these guys have definitely earned a whole lot more than 5! I am a condo owner and I live an hour away from my rental. Well What can i say, NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS. Anytime there is a problem Craig makes sure to get it resolved asap. I know this personally. I was a tenant for 2.5 years with Rpm as our landlords property manager. They were always very professional and responded promptly to all maintenance requests during our tenancy. We were always treated with respect & given appropriate notice when visits were necessary, & repairs were always done quickly & thoroughly.. We have lived in our rental for 5years before the property owner hired RPM to manage it. The property owner is difficult to deal with and had continually put off various repairs that needed to be made around the property. We have had another management co in the past here but they accomplished nothing compared to what RPM has done in a short time. These guys are great! Things are finally getting fixed and Chris and Craig seem to care about us as tenants as well as maintaining the property for the owner.
